• Works with Home Office Senior Management and the VP, Human Resources to develop training strategies that will meet company strategic and operational business needs.
• Oversees the evaluations, revisions. and implementation of all training programs within the Home Office, Field Organization, and Distribution functions to ensure the quality and consistency of training and development. 
• Directs and manages the activities of the divisions Learning and Development functions. 
• Oversees the design and/or selection of training programs. 
• Works with Home Office Senior Management and the VP, Human Resources to strategically review home office structure and design to meet the ever changing business needs. 

• Experince in Diversity Training
• Instructional Design skills essential
• Graduate Degree required
• Post Graduate Degree preferred
• 7 to 10 years experience in similar position and responsibility.
• Retail experience helpful
